Trade mission in Romania
From the 28th to the 30th of August, 2019, members of the Serbia Does Apples association will have the opportunity to meet with Romania’s largest retail chains and fruit importers in Bucharest. This trade mission, along with introducing the association and its members to the Romanian market, includes B2B meetings with potential Romanian customers. Part of the visit to Romania also includes visits to the logistics and distribution centers of the retail chains Mega Image, Profi and Romfruit, as well as the distribution center of one of the largest importers, Deco Frucht, where the Serbian delegation will have the opportunity to see how apples are transported, as well as the quality of the fruits and their packaging.
The Serbia Does Apples Association is organizing this trade mission, in accordance with the results of a macro-analysis of the Romanian fruit market, which was done with the support of USAID’s Competitive Economy project, with the aim of establishing cooperation with potentially new markets.
