Founded in late 2011 as a green field investment, Apple Worldwas established with the aim of becoming the leading regional supplier of high-quality apples. Today, Apple World is a market leader in terms of technology and innovation. The company is recognized as one of the most prospective apple growers in Serbia, with over 15,000 tons of apple exports to Russia, the EU and UAE.
The company-owned apple orchards,covering a gross area of 300 hectares,are equipped withstate-of-the-art anti-frost, anti-hail and irrigation systems. The ULO/DCA cold storage facility,with a capacity of 8.800 tons, is equipped with a modern sorting and packing system, and accredited with theGlobal Gap standard. The company’s apple varieties include: Gala, Fuji, Red and Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, along with club varieties Crimson Snow ® and Majesty®. In accordance to buyer needs, Apple World offers various types of modern packaging, including wooden andcarton boxeswith multiple layers or trays. The company employs over 65 permanent employees.
